Legends of Norrath: players reimbursed

During the last week end, the first non-test Legends of Norrath tournament has been played by thousands of US players. Many non US gamers also bought the 10 event passes (total price of 10$ + taxes) requested to participate, but when they submitted a request to join the event, they received a system message saying that for legal reasons the event was open only to US players.
Following many players complaints, SOE announced that any player who bought the 10 passes that couldn't use will receive a reimbursement.

Archlord movie now on theaters

From the Archlord game official website: "After a hugely successful initial launch, ArchLord’s feature film debut Ben X has now been sold to 25 countries. After its 'Business’ screenings in Rome on 19 and 20 October, the film will be presented at this year’s American Film Market (AFM), as well as at the inaugural edition of the EFP Oscar Screenings in New York on 12 November."

World of Warcraft: Alterac Valley Changes

The 2.3 patch for World of Warcraft has been released for testing on PTR. The patch includes also some changes to the Alterac Valley battleground, intended to make the combat experience more interesting and bring back the massive PvP fights.

BioWare Making Star Wars MMO?
